Residence Patronat del Redós de Sant Josep i Sant Pere

The project includes the rehabilitation of the existing building, a building protected by architectural heritage, and the extension of the residence with the construction of a new building. Both buildings are complementary at a programmatic architectural level.

The new building, which is projected in alignment with the road that will become a pedestrian street, integrates the facility into the city and joins the existing one at the basement and ground floor levels, respecting its compositional autonomy. It will allow the number of residential places to be increased by 80 and the Day Center by 20, generating 6 new protected homes.
