Extension of l'Anunciata de Juneda

The intervention is the one that verifies the proposed extension that L’Anunciata needs. The residence currently has 66 healthcare places and 10 day center places. The expansion project foresees the incorporation of 60 new care places and 56 day center places. The extension proposes the connection of the existing building with the project building through a ramp crossing on the ground floor that communicates the services and staff of the center. The building consists of a single volume, and houses in PB, P1, P2 the accommodation and living rooms of the residents of the Residence and Day Center for the Elderly, with a P3 floor that incorporates a gym and a living room for the residents of the center. The ground floor houses the general space for the day center, living-dining areas and services associated with the activity such as: changing rooms, hygienic chambers and warehouse.

The architectural composition of the project is generated from a basement that unifies the ground floor to which openings open towards the street in the areas of the day center and rooms and towards the interior garden, which is accessed through a covered terrace.
