Residence Els Tells

This work solves two main questions. On the one hand, the implantation of a public building and the articulation of a free space with the cuts made up of the courtyard of an old school, the demolition of the old doctor’s house, some anachronistic public baths and an obsolete transformer station.

On the other hand, the functional program of a small nursing home for 24 residents and 6 users as a day center to meet the needs of the municipality of Montesquiu and the subregions of Bisaura and Alt Lluçanès.
